3D DESIGN

- undertaking of a rheological design phase if necessary

PROTOTYPING
- rapid: stereo-lithography, powder sintering, ABS wire, vacuum casting…
- the right material: production of prototype moulds for injection of parts using the actual production material
 VALIDATION TESTS
- the prototype components may be tested in accordance with the automotive technical requirements. These are carried out by regional partners, recognised by the car and original equipment manufacturers.
PRODUCT DEFINITION PLAN
- production of components definition drawings to car manufacturers' standards, checking of all final files using PQA software for systematic approval of all DFNs.
INJECTION MOULD DESIGN
- 3D design of injection moulds using CATIA V5, TOPSOLID and PRO ENGINEER
- definition of detail drawings.
