Cutting tools
We produce precision tooling for the production of inserts or assembly components in all metals using stamping and bending.
The tools produced using IPE are designed to work on high output presses.
AUTOMATION AND ROBOTISATION
In order to optimise production outputs, for overmoulding or assembly, we can offer:
development of pick-up systems (clamps or suckers)
vertical or horizontal press loading and offloading using a 3-axis digital robot
circuit overmoulding with pneumatically powered belt feed
the construction of special machines with PLCs
camera inspection of components on press off-load.
SAMPLING
IOD and EI analysis is carried out by 3D measurement and digitization.
Material and functions tests and visual aspect inspections are carried out in accordance with the customer's technical requirements. In order to validate the future process, various resources are used: capabilities, experimental plans, audits…
